Track day tyre wear?

I realise this is subjective, but... How much tyre wear can I expect from a 4hr trackday at knock hill in my 7? It is running Yokohama a-021r tyres. This will be my first trackday so just want to make sure I can drive home! Thanks

Yes, you'll drive home ok. On your first trackday, you wont be confident enough to stress the tyres greatly. I can't remember how long my Yokos used to last but 6 or so hard/hot days seems to ring a bell.

I do not recall Knock hill being a tyre killer so as said above you will be fine ( assuming they were fine at the start !
