Violet Elizabeth
Hi,I have some Tillet-a-likes, and the cheap rubber used to protect the lap straps isn't doing a good job (it is just some rubber tube glued on !).Has anyone seen something that does the job better ? Thanks
Paul McKenzie
Tillet sell 'em, but there are different sizes
DJ.
I removed the carpet from my Tillets, so had to line the holes where the lap straps come through.I used the rubber IVA trim Caterham supply for the front wing edges and glued them on with superglue from poundland, four years on and they are working well Duncan
Violet Elizabeth
Maybe I just need some better glue :)
Area Representative Golf Juliet Tango Posted August 23, 2015 Area Representative Share Posted August 23, 2015 The Caterham Tillet seat in my Seven had no rubber edging for the crotch strap and certainly cut through the webbing.
