Culminator
This is one of the rare 6 or so Duratec engined Caterhams built by Ex Caterham engineers Gary May and Len Unwin of Freestyle Motorsport. Uniquely, they built these cars with pushrod front suspension and the wider SV rear de dion axle and Autocar praised them highly. This gives utterly amazing handling and stability. The car has covered less than 14,000 miles and wants for nothing. The engine was built by Minister (the people who built the K series R500s) and is to 260bhp spec. Being a 2.3 Duratec, it is unstressed and seems bullet proof. Full service history and recently serviced by Sevens and Classics. Mot’d until March 2016Technical Specification: Series 3 chassis Gravity Black R500 2.3L Minister Ford Duratec 260bhpDry SumpTitan Roller Barrel Throttle Bodies 5 speed gearbox Limited slip differential Freestyle Inboard front suspension Aerofoil section wishbones Newly re valved and rebuilt AVO adjustable springs and dampers 15″ CSR anthracite alloys new Toyo T1r front tyres Ventilated front discs with big brakesNew ally radShift lights Heated windscreen Full weather equipment Ventilated front cycle wings Rear air diffuser FIA day roll over bar Composite Tillet seats 4 point harness STACK dash Suede SPARCO quick release steering wheel Keyless ignition Push button start Heater CarpetI’ve had 6 Caterhams, including a JPE and this has been the best by miles. Drives faultlessly with no vices. It is equally at home pottering along or on a track day, has never let me down and doesn’t use any oil.Pics here: http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C630213 £25,750 Call Mike on 07770 968944 for further infomike.culmer@allianz-assistance.co.uk

Mark Piper
You've only ad it 5 minutes, Mike. What are you buying to replace it?
Culminator
Hi Mark, had it a year and a half but the time has flown. Truth is, I'm just not using it, so may consider real cheap 7 or just concentrate on the Defender and Indian bike.
Arv Mc Slow
One of my fav 7's, if I hadn't got my R500 I would of broke your arm off Mike.good luck with your sale, and a message to the new owner (you lucky sod)..
Mark Piper
Indian. Nice; I bought a Harley last summer in the U.S. Looking forward to riding it this summer. Will never be a 7 substitute but still good old wind in the hair (what's left of it!)
