Boris
Hi Peter and Helga, We have a second home in highland Perthshire but strangely we will be in Saarbrucken on the 21st. You'll be near some great roads, head to Kenmore (via Killin) and onto Rannoch for a great day out. Or the A82/A828/A85 loop is good. Don't miss out on a pint of Heavy. DaveMorris
Peter, this is not helping you one bit (apart from keeping the post near the top of the pile), but we all seem to be going to Germany. I'll be in Dresden Let us know which part of Germany you'd normally be in - we might call round for a stein or two with you at some point in the future 😬 SOMEBODY must be in the area. Guest
Peter, Doune Hillclimb is on the 21st & 22nd June, just a few miles from Callendar. It is a cracking venue which offers spectators a great view of proceedings. Many say this is the most challenging hillclimb in the UK. There will be a few Caterhams taking part. Come and say hello the the red Supersport, not sure of my race number yet. Regards, Graham

abbot
If you are into Monty Python then you should visit Doune Castle. It is where they filmed the Holy Grail.

DaveMorris
No more talk of having to drink beer on your own (or just with the spouse). Even if no local seveners around - there'll be plenty of "locals" who will sit in the bar and chat to you. (especially if you buy their ale 😬) D
David aka Blue7
Firstly, the most talked about road in your area is The Ducks Pass so you must do the Duck Secondly ... I didn't mention it
