We've had the pleasure (!) of using their services on more than one occasion both here and abroad, in the UK they use the AA as their agent. I have partner plus, which covers myself and my wife. Easy to do and not expensive You don't have to be a member to use them, in fact I think I did mine via my bank as I get breakdown cover included.
