Jules Martin
Has anybody changed their fuel filler for the "Aerofiller" type? Caterham sent me a replacement for my R500 one. Having drilled out the 6 rivets I found that the aerofiller needed 8 holes, none of which matched up with the originals. - Simple solution I re-rivetted the original! I was just wondering if maybe Caterham had sent me the wrong one? Jules
Graham Sewell
There are two sizes of filler, the larger (JPE) has 8 holes, the smaller (Supersprint) only has 6. You may find a beter range at Demon Tweeks as they have fillers from a few suppliers (not just Caterham). Good luck. Graham
Pierre Gillet
James Whiting also is proposing a range. I like the small - 6 hole one which I believe looks better integrated/ fits better the size of the seven. Pierre
CHRIS CLARK
Jules. I had a look at some of Jim Whiting's earlier investigative work for these 'K' filler caps & they looked very promising!
