RFF
Are there any practical cargo nets or other ideas to assist in containing our sprocker in the boot space of our CSR.

Area Representative Kingsley Young Posted February 21, 2014 Area Representative Share Posted February 21, 2014 Rob You could cable tie the dog to the roll bar!! RFF
Thank you for your concern for the welfare of the dog. We are improving it as she used to reside in the passenger foot well, At least there will be a lot of fresh cooling air in the back. I had imagined a thin perforated net held at the bottom by a solid skirt attached to the existing snap fittings - perhaps supported by the hood poles! Any alternative ideas welcomed. PL15 Lowflyer
Ian, The sprocker's a gun dog. Should be use to the noise, pops and bangs on the over-run. Probably love it! RH7
mav
there was a car with a net covered roll bar a couple of years back at Stoneleigh, with a couple of small dogs in the boot. I'm sure if you search you'll find the pics.

richy
Have you tried looking for a seat-belt type harness? We had one for an old lab when she had to sit on the back seat in the car. Richy

RFF
Thanks for all the kind suggestions! She does like the overrun, also the monthly Carrotland meetings given half a chance! But, we would still welcome photos and ideas. Going to Spain without dog! But will need it for French trip ( trailering the 7 - we're not that cruel!!) Keep the suggestion coming, please!
