Platinum Silver SV Roadsport 1.8k 2003 194bhp

I’m tentatively thinking of selling my 7 so I am just gauging what interest there may be;

it’s a 1.8 2003 Roadsport SV in Platinum Silver with Black pack, 30k miles (25k by me).

Rover K-Series VVC head with DVA conversion to 194bhp/147lbft

(rolling roaded by Dave Walker at Emerald)

Big Valve – VVC head – converted to manual Cams – Piper 740’s

Omega Forged pistons

Emerald M3DK with dash mounted 3 map switch, also inc. connector for PC & software

Throttle bodies (PTP - Lotus Exige)

6 Speed with 3.6:1 Diff

Up-rated front brakes

Adjustable platform suspension

Caterham dry sump with PACE anti cavitation Tank and Mocal catch tank

Lotus Parts Blue Ignition leads

Blue silicone hoses

4-2-1 exhaust with De-Cat pipe

Momo Removable Steering wheel

4 point Harnesses

15” 10 spoke superlight alloys / spare on rear

High visibility Brake light

Mechanical Oil Pressure Gauge

Heated windscreen

Dash mounted 12v socket

Armour fended rear wings

Full Weather gear + Half hood

The bodywork is in very good condition with less than normal stone/star chips on nose/wings as it has been re-sprayed in the past 4 years (via Caterham Midlands/Arch).

I am the 3rd owner having had the car for the last 7 years enjoying regular trips around Wales and two holidays to mid-France. It has been mechanically looked after and regularly serviced by my local “7 friendly garage” both mechanics there build and race their own kit cars and dirt track racers.

The 7 has always been garaged and whilst it has seen some “spirited driving” it has not been tracked during my ownership.

It’s a very nice 7 (and will have been serviced and MOT’d before I sell it).

I’d be VERY tempted to sell for around £17k but open to offers.

Blimey, that's a good spec and being an SV I'd have thought it would fetch considerably more than £17K.....

Someone's going to get a good car by the sound of it *cool*

All the best

Richard
