Jules Martin
I done a search to try and find the thread on motorcycle type tax disc holders and who makes them. I've totally failed! Anybody out there who can give me a phone number please. Jules
Andrew Dent
Jules, frinds of mine have in the past manufactured these things. I have a titanium/ali version. they have done carbon/ali and a carbon kevlar/ali. They might have some bits left to scape together a cool looking holder. Nick
Jules, Classic Carriage do them, as do: M&P on 08705 703030 or www.sound-dist.co.uk Both are bike shops and in their old catalogues they do a variety of tax disc holders, including ally ones. CHRIS CLARK
Jules. The best by far (& boy did I look for some) is the one Jim Whiting sells. Look real nice on that R500!!!!! I could at least have that in common with your car (as well as the starter button I fitted!!!).
Vogon SuperTrooper
Jules, there's a string from 12 Sept that may be useful too. Here's the link J Whiting (kindly) gave me so that I might look upon crafted loveliness. http://www.jameswhiting.co.uk/shop/tax.htm cheers Charles

Andrew Russell
Jules, I have an all aluminium holder on my car which is a particularly neat, secure and waterproof design. Unfortunately as I'm at work I don't have access to the suppliers details. I will post again, tonight. I do know that M & P Motorcycles, details in earlier posting, stock the same item and that it is also available in a range of anodised colours as well. M & P do undertake mail order. I will dig out info this evening for you. Andrew
Andrew Russell
Jules, I've now searched through my records and cannot locate the name of the supplier of my tax disc holder. However I've checked again in the latest M & P catalogue and see that on page Y10 the item is listed, in a variety of colours, although I think the natural aluminium looks best. Cost is £15.00 and it is simply described as " Theft resistant solid alloy tax holder" ref no : TDHCPS. Hope this is of some use. Andrew.
