Exhaust wrapping

As the passenger footwell gets very hot and tunnel gets hot I was wondering if I would get much heat reduction within the cockpit if I wrapped the exhaust. Are there any pro's and con's for wrapping that would allow me to make a more informed decission.

What engine are talikng about and spec? if it`s a K series there a lot of theory`s on leaving unwrapped or wrapping the primarys.


Wrapping them allows more heat to soak/stay in to the cyl head not a good idea on a k type engine. May be reflective panels is a better way to go?
