Caterham/AP Big Brake conversion - replacement rotors needed

After 6 years of use my front vented rotors are showing signs of wear. I need to replace the Pagid pads in the near future and whilst I could get the existing rotors skimmed I was wondering if anyone knows of a source for replacement rotors other that Caterham.

 

Part numbers or any other information would be appreciated

Indeed, I believe they're not allowed to supply them for use on a Caterham anymore. They fulfilled my order thankfully, but when I asked if in the future I could buy a vented disc, 18mm thick and 254mm diameter, for use as say a dinner table coaster, they said "no comment". Worth a friendly call and a chat though I suspect.
