Wiper mounting pad. Timing strut. Cap for washer bottle

Anyone have a spare of each of the above that I could buy please?

 

Wiper pad as per: Pad

 

Timing strut for use on hillclimbs/sprints.

 

The cap for the washer bottle as I've lost mine!Cap

re washer bottle - I used the top off a plastic milk bottle, one with the coarse thread.
