Well I was aware of the quality of AVO dampers when I fitted mine (second hand, about 5k miles on them) but so far haven't had any problems. I've done about 2k miles on them but now the rear left is much softer than the rear right. It's not very scientific, granted, but if I bounce on the rear corners it's quite noticeable. I have had to set the rear left to full hard and the rear right to about half to get them somewhere near even.

Quite disappointed to be honest. Is it worth getting the rears serviced/repaired or should I just replace them? Can't quite afford Nitrons right now either *wink*
