Half hood - live axle - SOLD

SBFS Half hood, this was CannonBall bob's half hood, originally ordered for a "extra tall FIA bar" live axle. The main differences for the extra tall bar was longer rear straps and due to the assumed extra height no cut away sides.

 

I bought it from Bob who had the straps modified to the correct length for my standard live axle FIA bar car (straps shortened to very high quality).

 

Bob had also removed the reflectors from the rear (not strictly road legal as they are white reflectors on the back of the car)

 

This will fit any live axle with standard FIA bar (Bob's extra tall is very rare), my car was an Academy spec 1999 live axle.

 

The lack of cut away sides just means the doors are a snugger fit.

 

In excellent condition, for sale as I`ve sold the car.

I bought a half hood from a de-dion car, but have never got around to fitting it to my live axle car.

 

I didn't realise there were differences in them TBH -I could be up for a swap if this doesn't fit your car.
