Se7en Posted August 12, 2010 Author Posted August 12, 2010 If you wat to replicate the the rest of the car..., it`s over here: http://caterham-7-sandefjord.piczo.com/2008caterhamcsrx330(inge)?cr=6&linkvar=000044 Egil Thanks but I am just about finished my own version of the X330 but going to call it X430....... I wondered where the original had gone. Fantastic to see it being used over there!
Billyboy Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 but going to call it X430....... *eek*Go on we are listening..............
Se7en Posted August 12, 2010 Author Posted August 12, 2010 Well, it didn't quite make 430bhp but it did make 423bhp at 7k rpm. I am going to be cheaky and round it up to 430 for the name.....!! I will start a thread on the project when I get a min. Bear with me. Cheers.
Tony Whitley Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Why not downgrade it slightly to 420 In terms of performance measured under test conditions, 0–60mph in under 10 seconds and a top speed of over 125 mph (201 km/h) were typical. Among the few exceptions the testers took was to its 15-16mpg fuel consumptionI reckon you should just about beat those figures! Edited by - Tony Whitley on 12 Aug 2010 22:10:41
