It's getting close....

As a first time Wheeltorque customer should I worry that I haven't got tickets, details etc etc through yet? Seems to be cutting it a bit fine......

I know there was a short thread a couple of months ago but perhaps time for an update on who's going? Jerry Pike and I will be going from the Surrey area for a Sunday 1100 sailing (I think... it's so long ago I booked I can't remember...). Hopefully we will link up with some others. Yellow/ali SLR, Orange Clubsport, Minno + Scooby Legacy - I don't even know where we're staying yet...!

David

My details arrived in this mornings post. I don't think you have anything to worry about with Wheeltorque. They are good people.

I will be travelling down also on the 11:00am Sunday ferry. Staying at L'Auberge in Spa. I will be trailering my Red Caterham with a full cage. In convoy with Peter Ratcliff with his Superlight racer. I will be towing with a black Discovery Series II V8 and Peter has a Green Discovery Series II V8. Both with Brian James trailers. You can't miss us!

E-mail me off line to swap mobile numbers and meet up.

Howard

David,

You will have a good time - no problems with wheeltorque. If you see us on the road wave as we pass with two Toyotas each towing a seven.

John,

We'll see you there. Looking forward to seeing the new car!

Can't make it this year unfortunately ....

... but please keep an eye out for my mate Mark. He's a new boy with his brand new black/ali Fireblade. He took it to the Ring a few weeks ago, but it spent the entire 2 days in the pits. Thanks to Blackbirdman for his efforts in fixing the oil pump.

Have a good one, Matt.

The F1 pit garages are normally first come first serve (4 cars to a garage),each year it's a bit of a lottery but depends whether you can gain access on the previous afternoon ...there is stacks of space undercover anyway in the lower paddock but if you have a formula car with a gnat's ground clearance then you need to be in the upper area.

not long now...praying for reasonable weather !

yep...unbelievable really but without going into detail here I was somewhat mucked about ....I've had the bearing upgrade just done so it's up for sale ...and I have sorted the insurance on the Ultima so it's going to be interesting next week.
