Davey Bee
I have just recently fitted a Webber Alpha injection as part of my latest upgrade. As everyone that went to Le Man will tell, the sounds from my car are IMO fantastic, but loud. Now as it was built for use on trackdays, though it sounds great, I fear that I will not be able to do most that have noise limits. Question, how do I check how loud it really is, (without paying for one lap of a track day!) and how do I reduce the sound. The extra noise appears to have come from induction rather than exhaust. Ringmeister
You could buy a sound meter, Maplin do one for £50 here Then charge a couple of quid for a "sound metering service" and after 20 years or so you'll have you money back! Ian.
