Ah so that's the reason Caterham don't do a hardtop.

I don't know, if I send it through an industrial shredder I'd get quite a few chips...

 

But, are you saying I shouldn't buy a Caterham? (Check the 'Birthday' thread). tongue.gif

not pretty (very not pretty), but probably handy in the winter when its cold and wet.

 

If Caterham made something similar I might be tempted especially if the door openings went back into the roof a little so it was easier to get in and out of than the soft top

I imagine that if your Cater-field is your ONLY car (& there ain't many that are) then the winter use would be a lot better!

I met a chap about a year ago in Brighton whose Westf1eld was his only car & had been for the previous nine years. It was a real used dog; in dreadful condition as it was NEVER used with a hood up (come rain, sleet etc) as he didn't have one. The only concession he made for winter was an old towel over the seat at night!!!!
