Good service from CC

I complained to CC that my car was smelling of petrol when the tank was any more than 3/4 full. The car will be 3 years old in Jan 2008 so well out of waranty but as there was a possibility that it had been originally fitted with a dodgy fuel sender seal, so they agreed to replace it free of charge. Whilst they were getting the boot floor out they tore the boot carpet so I got a new carpet as well!

They tore the boot cover on mine while ripping the (JJ half hood) security popper clean off, then didn't own up to it. No new parts

Thats one reason why have everything done at the factory, had a wheel ballenced a while ago and removing the weight tore the coating away and Caterham gave me a new wheel I think in general terms they do try and make things right if something is thier fault, and have had great customer service. Once complained to Ansar re thier sales team and he made everything OK 😬 he is very customer focussed

 

whilst not wanting to inflame a conversation on hear a Jill Jud Half hood isnt a caterham Item....

It may not be a Caterham item, but that's no excuse for CC South staff to cause damage when the car was in with them for a few days for warranty investigation, then not own up to it !!
