DRE Shift Lights

Finally got round to fitting my shift lights to my EU2 1.8K.

Sorted connections for live and earth. Where is best connection for green signal wire?

Tacho has 4 leads -

Black - assume is earth

Red and white

White and black

Green

Anyone know which is the signal?

Am I better connecting to negative of coil? Whatr colour is that?

You should find the answer in this thread, I connected mine to the tacho wire but I can't remember the colour.

Finally got round to finishing off shift light tonight (not been well).

Tim you were spot on - it is white and black.

Works a treat. Test drive at weekend.
