Irrelevant Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Planning on adding a pukka ECU with all the toys - antilag, traction, etc. with engine telemetry logging and an integrated dash - probably Motec but we'll see. Also need to make a new dual-fuel system for Tesco's 99 and rocket fuel.

Tyrone Posted September 18, 2007 Posted September 18, 2007 Repainting the chassis now it doesn't get its regular coating of oil from a crossflow, front suspension mods including upper wishbone mod, removing the dash to get the redundant wiper motor out and getting rid of all the redundant wiring. Aluminium front hubs with uprated axles. Carbon Dash with new gauge layout. 4 pot / Big brakes (if funds allow). LSD (If funds allow) My other winter project is trying to get a French number plate on it 😳 Only dead fish go with the flow....!

That'll allow me to fit the airbox which has been sitting on the shelf for the last few months. Both S type seats are broken, that needs to be done. Replace the rear disks. Oh and try to stop the rattle of the CD player . Real Upgrades 😬 Fit the RIF aeroscreen . New mirrors for the above . Fit better brake pads (dont know which ones yet) . Add a few more RIF carbon parts ................ rear light blocks and stone proctors . Oh and yes dear, I will get your Capri back on the road . New tyres - A021R or 48s Service Remove interior panels, clean grot trap & de rust/ waxoil as appropriate Remove front disks & maybe front uprights & de rust the wish bone ends New boot lid Overhaul brake master cylinder De rust bottom of drivers footwell Maybe give the car a facelift by fitting yellow rear arches, carbon stone guards & black pack headlights. Hopefully Ill get half of these done!

And to repaint the rear of the chassis. I may also fit some new cams and a lightly breathed upon head. Edited to add- Replacing springs and dampers too!
