Wow, what a coincidence *wavey*

 

The 7 looked great and much shinier than last time I saw it *cool*. Hope CC have sorted everything. The build for me was going great yesterday with the engine going in on the first attempt - then whilst tightening the engine mounts to the block found one bolt had been done up way too tight and had to be losened off then the next one had a completely stripped thread (I have no idea how to sort that problem out *confused*).

 

Just out of interest, where abouts did your rad go? Mine has no room to get the lower pipe on without putting strain on the spigot.

 

Hope all is running well now, and hope to see you on the road soon, but please keep me informed as to what might go wrong on mine next, at least then I can get spares in before it happens *wink*

If it would help, I could pop over & you could have a detailed inspection.

Mine is only a Sigma 125 though.

On the 125 there is an aluminium top water rail, which had fractured brackets both ends, whereas your 140/150 has silicone hoses which are routed differently.

Blatmail me if you would me to visit.
