Powderpuff Posted September 5, 2007 Author Posted September 5, 2007 Cheers Neil....can you drop me a mail with Adams e-mail...I don't think I have it.
Irrelevant Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 PP - left or right? Email me via profile.......... Edited by - AdamHay on 5 Sep 2007 18:23:10
Powderpuff Posted September 5, 2007 Author Posted September 5, 2007 Adam....I asked the same question of the mate who needs it...apparantly you can modify the caliper to fit both sides It's the old style version he needs, circa 1997 vintage rather than the modern ones with Caterham cast into them. Have you got one by any chance? YHM as well The name's Puff, Powder Puff N7XTC Edited by - Powder Puff on 5 Sep 2007 18:55:45
Irrelevant Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 PP - you can't modify it. LHS is LHS only. RHS is RHS only. The pistons are different sizes and the smallest one must be on the top of the caliper to catch the leading edge of the rotating disc. (we'll I think it goes that way round). I have enough for a RHS one, but it's D21P's old one, is VERY badly corroded, and has a couple of sheared nipples (which are barstewards to get out). I don't have Blatmail - try adamjehay at hotmail.com
