Bio Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 Hi Any one used the Racetech oil preassure/temperature gauges (mechanical ones) and know the thread size and pitch of the sender mounted in the side of the Apollo Thanks John
Frying Pan Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 Can't remember the exact thread, but it's the same tapered thread as in the water rail of a K-Series, as they use an identical sender. Update: Just done a search, and it said 1/8" NTPF -----See some pictures of the build here. 12000 miles completed! Edited by - 7heavensoon on 30 Aug 2007 16:05:04
Bricol Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 Doesn't mean you can't drill and tap it bigger tho - mine is 3/8 BSP for a mechanical guage - but that is just about right on the limit for the ali boss let into the side. Bri
