Would anyone happen to know the paint code for Mclaren orange? Ive been on the phome to CC a few times today but still no further on .Cheers

Now why didnt I think of that??!! Spoke to CC paintshop today and apparently its one of those colours that hasnt got a code.Its only for a spare nosecone for hillclimbs etc so now sitting in garage a pretty shade of graphite grey.

Not much point asking Ron, MP4 only joined McLaren in 1980 and the last time Bruce McLaren Motor Racing (as it was then known) had any orange on their cars was in 1974.

The current team pays precious little tribute to its past, with a pathetic single page on their website devoted to 7 years of CanAm successes.

Yes, I am biased.
