Alloy Jack Problem

My new alloy jack has recently stopped working, after inspection I noticed the bleed skrew was slightly loose and I could hear small bubbles of air escaping. As per information booklet, I left the handle down with the bleed skrew out for a period of time (30 mins) but it has not worked since. Can someone help!!

No help here, as I've got exactly the same issue...however wondering if I need to top up the fluid.

 

Anyone got any idea what fluid to use, and where to get it from?
