Gee Whizz Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 I have a coversystems car cover that appears to be letting a little water get through. Anybody know a spray type product that I could use to spray over the cover to give its water repellant abilities back? Gavin Striving to offer no value what so ever!
Dickie Normuss Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 I don't know of a particular product name but I think camping shops have something similar for re-doing tents 🤔 VX HPC - Loud and proud here Watch out, whatever hits the fan will not be distributed evenly

Stationary M25 Traveller Posted August 20, 2007 Posted August 20, 2007 If it will fit in a washing machine, there are some excellent Nikwax products for waterproofing during a wash. We use them a lot for clothing. ****************** And you run and you run to catch up with the sun, but it's sinking... And racing around to come up behind you again. new link to photos

Leadership Team SLR No.77 Posted August 21, 2007 Leadership Team Posted August 21, 2007 For outdoor activity clothing that is breatheable the Nikwax products are excellent. However for a large surface that has little other purpose than to be waterproof, eg. tent, car cover, the most suitable reproofer is usually Fabsil. Try here. Stu.
Gee Whizz Posted August 21, 2007 Author Posted August 21, 2007 awesome thanks folks Gavin Striving to offer no value what so ever!
