New 1800 K series with R300 head

Depending on interest I may have a new 1800K engine freshly assembled with a 7,000 mile R300 head attached.

 

The engine will be freshly built with new crank, new rods, new pistons and new Goetze liners, liner heights set to 4 thou a, carefully ssembled with new TF160 bearings, new main bearings and thrusts, new flowed oil pump, flowed oilways, pump and bearing housing. The head is from a low mileage R300 and has been stripped, inspected and re-assembled with new stem and cam seals and the cams have been re-shimmed. The head will be fitted with a new BW750 gasket and steel dowels. The engine will have new cambelt, new manual tensioner, new verniers and belt covers with the cams correctly timed.

 

It will be priced at £2200
