SV help please (more measurements needed)

I wonder if someone with an SV could take a few measurements for me please.

 

1) Panel in front of vertical scuttle panel. Don't need cut outs unless someone has a panel off but just the main measurements.

 

2) Boot floor behind the tank. Think it is wood as on the standard chassis.

 

3) rough size of the turret. Just to check if it is the same as standard car.

boot floor in my 2002 SV is honeycomb aluminium above the tank, and plywood forward of the tank.

 

Dimensions - can get tape measure out when I get home if thread still open !

Here you go Richard:

 

Boot floor (wood) 87.2cm x 20cm

 

Boot floor (alloy sandwich) 102cm x 25.5 (just in case you feel the need)

 

Scuttle height 22.5cm

 

Horizontal panel in front of scuttle 102cm x 25.5 (this was measured from sideskin to sideskin at base of scuttle and from the middle of horizontal panel above gearbox

 

Not sure what you mean by turret??

Turret is the cureved bits int he boot protecting / sealing the shockers out of the boot.

How are the test panels looking?

 

Baking nicely at Dubai mark 45, was going to have a look at them tomorrow to see if I can see any suntan

The base of the turret as per this picture measures 37cm however mine is covered in carpet, so allow for a cm of inaccuracy

Still need a little more help please (I think Mr Dobuy is working so can I ask someone else) as this is needed rather quickly

 

Measurements of the floor?????? And where it changes direction, the corner near the diff is not essential just the main floor shape. It will help the customer if I pre cut it hence the need. His car is not around for measuring yet but the panels are urgent.

Well - you've missed out on doing some sample carbon panels for a 21... I've all but finished panelling it in ally now ☹️ Only 4 more small ones and my floors left!
