PAUL MARRIOTT
Just had the MOT done, no problems except that the drivers side damper mount to the dedion weld has cracked ☹️ ☹️ So it's new tube time. But while I've got the back end out what else should I / could I do?? Any suggestions? Paul M
Nifty
Lightweight Hi Spec rear calipers with hand brake mechanism. LSD (or have you already got one) Adjustable shocks (ditto) Go superwide track with an SV DeDion 🤔 Keep off the straight and narrow 😬

Nifty
Good idea for general maintenance Darren but quite easy to do with the tube in place. Keep off the straight and narrow 😬
Molecular--Bob
A-frame and radius arm bushes, It's not much more to fit complete new A-frame and radius arms, and you don't have to mess around with pressing them in and getting the old ones out. PAUL MARRIOTT
Mmm, new set of bushes definately, new A frame???, clean up definately - I've got to get the beast sorted for the Norfolk centenary bash so not to much time ☹️ Hi-spec calipers sounds a good idea, think I'll price that but LSD and super wide track is probably a stage to far. Is there any differance between the current DD and the 2000 spec? Paul M
Ozzy
Paul, As far as I'm aware, a new tube should come with extra brackets welded to the suspension mounts to strengthen them. Mine certainly has these. Which I was quite relieved to discover, after that thread about them a breaking off. Sounds like your's has done the same thing, lucky you found out early enough! Nigel.
