blanking off sensor hole in VVC head

I have a '04 (I think) VVC Trophy engine that I have converted to solid cams.

The engine was missing all the sensors in the head when I acqured it, whic was fine as I dont' need them. However there is a large hole in the head where one of the sensors would fit that I need to blank off properly. The sensor is oil temperature I think and is on the right side (inlet) of the head and is towards the rear of the egnine.

I current have a sensor in the hole to fill it, but I need to return this to it's rightful owner.

The sensor is held in with one bolt only, and the hole is sunk, which means you can't make up a simple blanking plate.

Does anyone have either a spare (dead?) sender I could use to fill the hole, or know of a source for suitable blanking plate

Martin,

I have the piper VVC blanking kit, but this didn't include a bit for this sensor hole. I've noticed that in VHPD (R400 at least...) whilst the head has the casting for where the sensor mounts, the hole is still metal as I guess they don't machine it out.

OIly,

If you have a spare sensor, (it doesn't have to be a working one), that might be best. Drop me a blatmail with how much it will be and where to post the cheque!

thanks!!
