Super seven brakes

I Upgraded my girling g14 calipers with mintex 1144 pads did all the bedding in procedure as recommended by Mintex then nearly "T" boned a police van several weeks later! The brakes are still not what i would have exspected, new disks were fitted at same time as pads and de-greased, system brake fluid was replaced and bled, thinking of fitting bigger master cyclinder or going whole hog and fitting 4 pots at the frount, anybody replaced master cyclinder for a larger diameter and found a great improvment? I think rallydesigns sell wilwood 4 pots for a Triumph spit hub anybody gone down this route? or any thoughts? i can lock up the frounts but it takes a hell of a push and the braking is not as progressive as i would like.

regards

Mark

A bigger bore master cylinder, if used with the same pedal linkage, will give you a lower pressure in the brake system for a given pedal force. If you are struggling with too high a pedal force you would be better off with the original master cylinder.
