Bricol
I got a pair of twin 40 Dellorto carbs jetted to suit a 1700 x-flow. And a manifold to bolt them to. And some nice proper rubbery gaskety thingies (not the awful Misab spacer thingies) to seal them to the manifold. And some really nice KN filters to sit on them. And some even nicer short trumpets to sit inside the filters. Only thing I've not got is a throttle cable mounting. They were going on the trials Dutton, but major chassis re-work would be required, so going twin SU instead. According to some of the carb tuning books, the Dellorto is marginally the better carb (vs the wber) due to more modern manufacturing techniques. All I know is it feeds fuel and air in the right proportions into the engine. Make me a ridiculously high offer I can't refuse . . . Bri
