McBreadhead
Is it fatigue, oil starvation, wear and tear, or what?
edmandsd
1 'old' lady owner cars in immacualte condition often break rings when a younger driver buys them as they were never revved past about 3000rpm and build up a small lip of desposit above the top ring. If revved harder by a new owner the rods stretch slightly and hey presto you break the rings ! Home of BDR700
McBreadhead
I hardly think Nick Chan can be described as an 'old lady' 😬 but interesting theory nonetheless.
