Claire Voyant
Has anyone else fitted one of these little beasts? I particularly like the lack of the second (redundant) second pulley wheel. Any thoughts from others?
CageyH
I thought the original has some sort of harmonic/vibration damper built in to it? Only dead fish go with the flow....!
oilyhands
If you are going over 8000RPM then it is less likely to fall apart and will reduce the rotating moment of the crankset, however NVH will be worse due to the lack of torsional damping provided by the stock elastomer absorber. Claire Voyant
Thanks Oily - 8,000rpm - don't go there very often. Sorry for my ignorance - NVH?

rj
This makes it difficult to run a dry sump pump as the "servo" drive is missing - and it's used for the scavenge pump too.. Hellier sell one that's up for the job. /regin
