w7rren
Found a frightening picture in the 1991 archives & would like to use it in my profile signature. I have tried in the test area with no luck Any pointers appreciated. The 7 was Q627WET & the owner is now 16 years older & grey ! here
Nifty
I don't think this site supports the posting of pictures. Keep off the straight and narrow 😬
w7rren
Thanks Nifty , its the 'link' that I would like to include, not a picture. Ta Mark.
Nifty
Ooops, sorry, didn't read it correctly *redface* Keep off the straight and narrow 😬
Nifty
Assuming the web link to be http://www.xyz.co.uk 1. Within the signature box in your profile insert at the appropriate place the link enclosed within [ url ] and [ /url ] (but do not leave the spaces within the [ and ] - I had to do this so it prints it rather than trying to make a link out of nothing. [ url ]http://www.xyz.co.uk[ /url ] By default this will insert the word here as the link. 2. If you wish to have the link reading something else then you use the format: [ url =http://www.xyz.co.uk]Link title[ /url ] So, we have ... 1. here or 2. Link Title Does that make sense 🤔 You can format the link so it is bold, in colour, use emoticons in it etc. (If you click on the second smiley in my signature, I've just linked it to a picture 😬) Keep off the straight and narrow 😬 Edited by - Nifty on 16 Jun 2007 16:56:33 Edited by - Nifty on 17 Jun 2007 23:18:

Nifty
Whoops, got ticked off by the moderators for inappropriate links ❗ ❗ Duly edited .. though I will make it quite clear I had no idea it was a real website, and thus no idea of the content. Didn't bother to remove because I thought it was quite amusing (the innocent mistake, that is)... but obviously others didn't.
