In New Forest

Hordes of you, outside a pub called The New Forest on the A35.

Yes that was us and my first SPOTTED, brilliant.

I was part of a nine car convoy, a drive around the forest with the Hampshire West club ending with a BBQ in the Anderwood enclosure in the forest, great day out, you must join us next year.

My car was the light blue/grey one with clams and dark wheels.

Yes, I remember your car, it's distinctive as I've not seen one in that colour before. Crossflows seemed to be well represented in the group too.

 

I was passing on my way back from a wedding in Brockenhurst, it looked like a good blat.

No I was in my silver Mundaneo repmobile. I might try and come down next year as I'm in Wokingham and it's not that far for a day out. Hopefully the traffic will be better than it was on Saturday on the way down there though.

Last years Blat was very fast and great fun with the leading car letting the others know about any oncoming traffic, this year was a little more sensible with a brilliant route, good views, plenty of bends and a lack of traffic compared to main routes.
