Well specified K series car for sale at £12,000.

1993 Car (built as a 1400K series) with 33,300 recorded miles. Fitted in 1997 with a new 1600K series engine supplied by Caterham, and in 1998 with a new 6 speed box. The engine was subsequently upgraded by Minister Racing Engines.

The car is mecahanically spot on, having been very carefully maintained. Cosmetically it is very smart. The rear wings are new and I have a new pair of fronts ready to go on car. The chassis tubes are in good condition having been liberally waxoiled and the visible suspension is clean and rust free.

Now back up for sale, with an autumn discount!

£11500.

This is an extremely well maintained car which is ideal for road use, but which would also go very well on track days with a strong and powerful engine, dry sump and well set up suspension.

Hi Norman

I live in Wimbledon, so not sure how the phone number ended up here if it used to be Citroen in Whitechapel.

Yes, it is a nice car - if it doesn't sell I'll have to start using it more.

Just a thought - and I've just sold mine (with a rollcage) after quite a time advertising.

Why don't you try rephotographing and advertising without the petty strut and foam padding on the rollbar. If you look at all the ads on pistonheads/autotrader etc non-track use is used as a positive selling point.

You might just appeal to a wider, more conservative audience. That's what I was going to do just before someone with specific track interest bought the car.
