Expansion Tank Cap - K Series

Done a search on this one but still a bit confused (its early in the morning!)

 

The general consensus is that us K owners should carry a spare - and I donr have one. Does anyone have the part number for this item?

 

I have read that there is a Landrover Expansion Tank (the square-ish one) and a rover one (The round-ish one). Had a quick look and mine appears to be the squareish one.

 

Does it matter which cap I get, any thoughts on this one welcome?

The caps are different, you will get them from CC. CC have stopped supplying the old square flattish header tank and now use a round version from a Landrover. Just changed my old one as it was starting to show signs of weeping from around the join.

Halfords, forget the part no but any listed for one of the K16 Rovers will do the job, infact I think you'll find that ther is only one listed for all the Rovers
