I have had the rear dampers re-valved a couple of times to get them where I want them. Before I had to run them on minimum to get the ride quality and traction anywhere near to my liking. I am now running 110 lb springs and the damping several clicks in. I am very happy with the back end. In fact I cannot fault it. Traction is really, really good. Before with the 150 lb springs the back end would go airbourne over a series of bumps. Now the back end follows the contours of the road. The front end doesn't
Did you get your suspension sorted and what did you end up with?

Got some 200 lb front springs but still haven't fitted them yet. Soon I hope. I'm sure those will improve the front end. I drove Antonella's car along some local back roads and that was a lot nicer. She sent me an email the other day to tell me her car (a 1600 VX) had 180 lb front springs. So I think my car with 200 lb and a Duratec engine should be in the ball park. N.B. my car has narrow track. A wide track car would need heavier springs.

The 250 lb springs would be OK for the track but the reality of it is that the car does more road miles un bumpy surfaces than it does track days on smooth tarmac. Hope this helps.
