Rich,

Cad files are here; https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-N1xAZflfujHWm8XC1FcDFjQnePVB3mI/view

Get them printed here. https://3dprintdirect.co.uk

Cost about £55 last year for a pair in the carbon reinforced nylon.  Need to paint them black as they are dark gray.

Use blackened M6 Stainless steel countersunk M5 screws and nuts from Ebay.

When trying to buy SPA formula mirrors its difficult to get the convex mirrors.  Would suggest the SPA GT mirrors might be better being slightly bigger.  Below is my test fit prior fixing onto the door.

Let me know if you need anything more.

Hi i am

in the process of sorting getting aome aluminum anodised ones ready for sale, it will include bolts and new hinge pins and complete replacement for all the hinges to match. They will look almost the same as the picture but the actual mirror mount will have countersunk bolts like the hinges. These are far nicer than the printed ones and dont have any wobble at all. They will be £120 UK posted for the set. Hinges, mounts, pins and bolts. Will add better pics once i have them sorted next week. I will only have 5 sets at the moments.

3D printed this out with standard filament and painted with Halfords Satin Black.  Seemed reasonably solid but still some movement.  Decided to make a reinforcing bracket to utilise the freed up holes where the standard mirror was fitted.A lot of time with files going through several iterations of bracket till got the bends in the right place.  Then made a final right and left hand side version.  Powder coated yesterday and fitted today.  Mirror is absolutely solid.  Just need to source some longer blacked countersunk screws for the hinge.  I did also make a master pattern out of gauge plate which took lots of filing.

If this holds up okay then all well and good, if not will mill from solid billet of aluminium.

Just need to solve the problem of vibrating center mirror now. Car is an SV so I think the screen vibrates a little more.

Hi Colin. Mine is also an SV and since fitting the aluminum arms for the side mirrors they are so solid i really make the centre mirror shaking very noticable. Would love to find a solution to this also so be keen to see if you come up with anything
