Hi James, are the headrest pockets sized for leather seats (rather than Tillets)?

I suspect not - the pocket depth (front to rear) is only 6cm/7cm.
The idea with leather seats is that you detach the headrests to allow the cover to fit over. In fact, I'm not aware of a tonneau cover with pockets to accommodate leather seat headrests - I think this is as good as they come!
