Search for Dzus fasteners. Or email sales@redlinecomponents.co.uk .... Chris will have them.

Secure the two rear, upper, then the lower ones.

I don't bother with the lower ones, neither do most other racers. They're not necessary to hold the nosecone in place.

IIRC the sizes are in the archives, and have changed once. If Redline don't have any please let us know and I'll see if I can find the information in the archives.

Have a look at these for the lower ones from Car Builder Solutions. So much easier to get located.

They look like a perfect solution, especially for those with a dry sump. Do you know how they're listed? I can't find them on their website.

Found through an image search : https://www.carbuilder.com/us/wing-dzus-fastener-dzwf2

Edit: ah, no longer available. That's probably why they didn't show up.

Try here instead

Fantastic! Thanks for that. I'll be ordering a couple now. My 420R is kept in a residential garage in London and I'm always rather nervous about leaving my car thrumming away while I faff around on my back with a screwdriver trying remove the nose cone in order to check the oil level. These will make life a lot simpler.

I think they were originally designed to be turned with a coin so I always carry an M12 washer in my pocket!Bandit
