150SV
Is there a definitive diagram for the fuse box layout ?2007 car if it makes any difference.
Member Jonathan Kay Posted May 17, 2023 Member Share Posted May 17, 2023 There are at least three different layouts of fuses and relays on Sigma-engined Sevens. At least one never appeared in an Assembly Guide,If you'd like the appropriate one please send me a Private Message with your email address.Jonathan

BigCol
Interesting priorities... your rotated version is easier to read what's what... whereas my original matches the fuse box in situ...(and subsequently I have replaced all fuses with indicator fuses that light up when blown... needless to say, nothing has blown since! Is there a name/syndrome for ensuring ease of diagnosis resulting in no problems?)
Member Jonathan Kay Posted May 18, 2023 Member Share Posted May 18, 2023 "Is there a name/syndrome for ensuring ease off diagnosis resulting in no problems?"Closest I can get is as a lemma of Sod's Law.But there is "*Watched pots never boil".Jonathan* Or, as in 1066's version of Boyle's Law... "Watts pots never boyle".
Spuddy Supersport
Hi I have the Sigma wiring diagram for a 2009 Supersport.I've had a fuse blow 'C' that was linked to the speed sensor. However it was a 5 amp and the diagrams above show it as a 7.5 amp. Also i don't have the relay that is marked as ignition. I have identified all of the others. Do you think that the fuse C has been replaced with a lower rating by mistake? Can any advise on this? Thanks
Member Jonathan Kay Posted July 17, 2023 Member Share Posted July 17, 2023 It's common for real fuses in Sevens to not quite match the rating in the diagram.Does your layout otherwise match the image in post #5 above?Do you have anything in the first relay position?Jonathan
Spuddy Supersport
My layout is similar to post#5, except for no relay adjacent to fuses ABC.Fuse C on mine is 5 amp not the 7.5, which appears to be for the instruments on my car, the same the diagram. Member Jonathan Kay Posted July 18, 2023 Member Share Posted July 18, 2023 Thanks.Does anyone know what the "Ignition relay" does when it is there?Jonathan
Spuddy Supersport
The only 'options' i don't have are a heated screen and heater, if that helps.
johnpbransfield
Just a heads up my Instrument fuse © blew a few weeks ago and rendered the whole car paralysed until it was found☹️
Spuddy Supersport
Exactly the same as me. Replaced fuse 5 Amp and car and fuel pump would prime and run.
