david nelson Posted October 15, 2022 Share Posted October 15, 2022 It looks as if Avon will be no more.would like to inform you that Cooper Tires Europe will enter a consultation period on a proposal to close the tire production site in Melksham, UK, and gradually phase out all Melksham-based operations, including the Cooper and Avon Motorsport program, by the end of 2023. The proposal is subject to consultation with relevant employee representative bodies.
