This is the M12 × 1.5 variant and comes complete with bolts and gasket.

That is the same filter adapter fitted to my 2012 R400 Duratec with a Raceline dry sump in an S3 chassis. I am able to fit a full size filter on it, too, as opposed to the half height filter often used.
