I put the code in when placing an order and the message came back "code expired " from the order

Sorry about the delay in replying, but Joe at Krossstitch has just emailed me back this afternoon.
Joe tells me there was a failure on the website which he hadn't realised had expired at the start of December. He says it is now sorted and should be working again now.

This arrived today - great work from Joe.
Joe and Jemma have been working with me about my wheel as it was in the transition with them introducing the new website they have built. They have a procedure of where you send your wheel and what the build date/time will be.
So far top quality service to match what I have heard about the work.
