Daughter turns 17 in a few months so we're on the lookout for a reasonably priced learner car.
I've been researching for a while, looking on ebay and autotrader and I think for our budget we're looking at a 2014 model year +/- 1 year. There seems to be a lot of cat S and N cars out there - we want an HPI clear car. Only other requirements are a rev counter and air con which means a Move Up, SE Mii/Citigo or a special edition.
I did wonder if I was a bit early posting this advert but with extended lead times for new cars people plan car changes well ahead!
Anyway if you or a relative have one of these and are planning to change in the next 3 or 4 months then let me know.
Cheers
Ian
Looked at these for both daughters, ended up with a fabia 1.2 3 cylinder, 5 years running , been a good little car.
Other daughter fiesta 1.25 zetec, but 20k miles only, its like a brand new car and handles sooo well.
Orange is my new black
Ballistic orange Premier Power F160 +
SWMBO used to have a 64 plate 1.2 SE fabia owned from new with 24k miles when we traded it in. We're looking at similar money we got as a trade in to get a car with 2 or 3 times the mileage and several years older!
I'd definitely have a Fabia again if we cannot find an Up/Mii/Citigo.

Now sorted…64 plate 2015 model Move Up with a few extras like heated seats, 41k miles. Few little bits and pieces to sort out but it is a 9 year old car!
