This thread is a second one, the result of the OP [saying] "this thread has served its purpose / is not going anywhere" and then locks it. People can always start a new thread if there's demand, plus you can still search and read the old thread.  The noticeable difference from the original thread is the absence of the credulous fools who thought Brexit was a good idea and brayed that they'd "won" something.  For some reason they've gone very quiet.

OK, here's a positive Brexit post for once.

Assuming Jeremy C isn't lying, due to Brexit he's able to reduce tax on draft beer in pubs by "up to" 11%.

By my calculations, this is great news for Londoners, where a £6.50 pint of beer will now only cost £6.44.

Should be a massive boost for the hospitality sector.
