Evening all,
New member saying Hi from Silly Suffolk.
Bought my first Seven about a month ago and bloody love the little thing. Got a few rough edges to polish off it, but it seems like a good car so far, even if it is getting on a bit. Was built in 2003 with a 1.8 Vauxhall 8v. Kids love it and even SWIMBO is happy to pop out for a blat in it!
I am a complete novice to these cars, so I will try to keep daft questions to a minimum
Will be taking this down to the Le Mans Classic at the end of June and looking forward to getting to some club meetings this summer.
Cheers,
John
Welcome

PS: Please let me know if you'd like an Assembly Guide.
Cracking looking car, and the back roads down to Le Mans are great - enjoy!

Looking forward to meeting up.

#2 - Hi Jonathan - I will happily take all the help I can get!
#3 - Hi Michael - This was basically bought for the trip this year and will be our 5th, 1st Classic tho. I need to work out a good route down from Calais, but I cannot wait!
#5 - Hi Steve - I'll put the 5th in the diary now!
Welcome. That's a lovely looking car. Black with shiny bits always looks so classy.

Hello
Welcome.
It is a good tome of year to have one. But my warning is - the grip when dry is outstanding, the grip when the roads are wet is NOT.

Jeez
Last time I saw the term SWIMBO was on a Lotus Forum, many years ago when I had an elise... I see yours was parked outside Greg's Hangar 111
